Complete the 2026 Tenant Survey

Each year, we ask residents to complete our Annual Tenants’ Survey. This is one of the most important ways you can tell us what we are doing well and where we need to improve. The survey asks about things including:​ 
 
Repairs and Maintenance
 
Communication 
 
Safety
 
Your neighbourhood
 
Your overall satisfaction
 
Your responses are confidential and every response helps us build a better picture of what matters to residents. Complete the survey by 16th October 2026 and receive a £5 gift voucher. As a thank you for taking part, every resident who  completes the survey will receive a £5 gift voucher. *£5 gift voucher available for every eligible completed survey, for WCH tenants only. One £5 voucher per household
